PEUGEOT 9X8
PERFORMANCE REINVENTED
A NEW LIVERY DESIGN INSPIRED BY THE PEUGEOT IDENTIY
The collaboration initiated in 2020 on the PEUGEOT 9X8 Hypercar between the PEUGEOT Design team and Peugeot Sport continues to thrive this year through the 2024 livery. The designers made use of all aspect of the PEUGEOT identity: the Lions pride that represents teamwork and our commitment, the PSE label color identity that recalls the very origin of the project and contrast, creating a very graphic and unique line.
The result of an artistic collaboration with J.Demsky!
PEUGEOT and artist J. Demsky have teamed up to create a highly original graphic design for the PEUGEOT 9X8, a sports car that expresses the very best of PEUGEOT in terms of style, efficiency, and technology. Racing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) since 2022, the exclusive unveiling of this PEUGEOT 9X8 will race for the next 24 hours of Le Mans in June 2023.
FROM A SKETCH TO THE TRACK
The track tests carried out over the last few months on five different circuits have confirmed this inventive concept.
Capgemini (Artificial Intelligence) and PEUGEOT Sport are working together to optimise the efficiency of the 9X8 - in particular energy management, during both acceleration and regeneration.

100% electric range: Up to 34 miles(i) The fuel consumption or electric range achieved, and CO2 produced, in real world conditions will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to: the accessories fitted (pre and post registration); the starting charge of the battery (PHEV only); variations in weather; driving styles and vehicle load. The 508 PEUGEOT SPORT ENGINEERED Plug-In Hybrid range requires mains electricity for charging. The WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is used to measure fuel consumption, electric range and CO2 figures. Figures shown are for comparison purposes and should only be compared to the fuel consumption, electric range and CO2 values of other cars tested to the same technical standard. The figures displayed for the plug-in HYBRID range were obtained using a combination of battery power and fuel.
• Charging time: 1h40(i) From a Wall Box type charging station (32A) with the optional single-phase (7.4 kW) on-board charger
