Once your car has been dropped off at the workshop and before any work takes place, a vehicle health check will be completed and filmed by our experts. 

If they notice that additional work is required, they will let you know by sending you this video and explaining what needs to be done. It's then up to you to say yes or no to them carrying out the work at the same time.
